1. Scope

These Terms apply to Guilt Room, purchases of digital murder mystery games (“Full Mystery”), and the free demo.

2. Service

• Free demo: short preview without payment and without full custom AI generation.
• Full Mystery: after payment, a personalized mystery is generated and delivered via private host/player links. Longer games cost more (more AI content).

Prices: Quick €3 · Standard €3.99 · Long €4.50 (the amount shown in Stripe Checkout is binding).

3. Contract

The contract is formed when Stripe payment succeeds. If you cancel before payment, nothing is charged.

4. AI-generated content

Story and roles are generated automatically and may vary. Guilt Room is entertainment / fiction. You are responsible for ensuring player names and personalization inputs are used with the players’ consent.

5. Acceptable use

• Private party use only as intended.
• No harassment, defamation, illegal content, or exposing real people without consent.
• Keep private links confidential.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, only for material contractual duties and limited to typical foreseeable damage. Product liability remains unaffected.

8. Withdrawal

See Cancellation. For digital content that starts immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal ends if you expressly consent and acknowledge that you lose that right.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer protections at your place of residence remain unaffected.
